Title

Interview with Christina Hu

Description

Christina Hu, a Princeton High School student, shares that she first heard about the coronavirus early in 2020 and that it started to seem like a local emergency in the middle of March when Princeton High School shut down and converted to online learning. Christina speaks about her experiences being at home with her parents and four siblings, reflecting that she feels isolated from her friends at school. In her time at home, she has been doing online learning and has also started journaling and practicing the piano again. She is making an effort to seek out primary sources to understand the pandemic around the world. She hopes that in the future, the nation can be less divided and that people will continue their efforts to help others in times of crisis. She looks forward to visiting the Princeton Public Library, seeing friends, and shopping for food once it’s safe to do so.
